line, on the north side of Highway 98, looms a brand new twelve story
condominium named Leeward Key. Developed by Leeward Key Joint Venture Partners of Birmingham, it's another quality product constructed by McCrory Building Company who built such Destin landmarks as The Summit, Tides at Tops'l, The Empress at Seascape and Sterling Sands. "The property's best selling feature is its Gulf front amenity," said Jessica Abbott Muller, of Abbott Realty, the listing agent for the building. Unfortunately, we missed the summer rental season since the building didn't open until July. But, so far, the fall rentals have been swift."
