Although I don't usually get into the rental business myself, I just purchased this spacious unit in Island Echo in Fort Walton Beach.  Okaloosa Island enjoys the same beautiful beaches and the same clean, clear emerald-green water.   It's just a few miles west of Destin and convenient to all of Destin's attractions as well as being in an area just a little more laid back with less density. 

Island Echos Condominium has long been a favorite for families because of the generous size of the units.  Gulf-front and centrally located to dining and shopping, this 7 story resort features a seasonally-heated Gulf-front pool, shuffleboard, lighted tennis court, among other amenities. 

Unit 3NO s featured here on a virtual tour.  We are in the process of renovating the unit and have recently purchased new furniture and new appliances.  All rooms have been freshly painted and have new wallpaper and wall hangings.  You can say we're getting a facelift -- the unit, not the owner.  Within a year, I'm planning on installing new cabinets, new countertops, remodeled bathrooms.  It's looking great already.
